There are a few things that we love about Reveal–The simplicity of loading a new position and the candidate data collection, the speed, specificity, insight of the Reveal Assessments, and the format and value of the information we receive. We have used it successfully to hire five new positions this year and will continue to use it in the future. The Reveal tool accurately scores each candidate we screen and, in extreme cases, may cause us to stop the hiring process.
